Privacy policy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising pixel. The only personal data we hold is what you send us on the contact form. This policy says what happens to it.
Written to be read, not to be survived. If any clause below is unclear, write to hello@trippingvibe.com and we will explain it in plain terms — and fix the wording if you were right to ask.
Who we are
Tripping Vibe Digital Private Limited, trading as Tripping Vibe Digital, is the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. We are a digital marketing practice registered in India and based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Our full address is in section 14.
What this policy covers
This policy covers trippingvibe.com — the website you are reading — and nothing else.
It does not cover the data we process on behalf of a client during an engagement. When we run advertising, analytics or CRM work for a client, that client decides what is collected and why; we act on their instructions under the terms of the signed agreement, and their own privacy notice governs it, not this one.
It also does not cover the sites we link to. See our terms on that point.
What we collect
This site is a set of static pages. It has no login, no account, no shopping basket and no comment thread. The only personal data we receive is what you deliberately send us.
From the contact form
The form at /contact/ asks for:
- Your full name and email address — both required, because we cannot reply without them
- Your company — optional
- The number you want to move — optional, and usually a metric rather than anything personal
- Your message — whatever you choose to write in it
Two further items are attached to the submission by our server rather than typed by you: the time it was sent and the IP address it came from. The IP address is recorded so we can recognise automated abuse of the form.
If you email or call us instead
Then we hold whatever the message itself contains, on the same terms as anything sent through the form.
What we do not collect
- No behavioural or advertising profile
- No location beyond what an IP address implies
- No special category data — we have no reason to ask for any, so please do not send it
- Nothing bought from a data broker or scraped from a list
Why we hold it
To read your enquiry and reply to it, and — if it becomes a commercial conversation — to carry that conversation on. That is the whole purpose.
We do not add contact form submissions to a marketing list. We do not send unsolicited follow-up campaigns to people who asked us one question. We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry data, and there is no arrangement under which a third party could buy it.
Our basis for processing
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process this data on the basis of the consent you give by choosing to submit the form — and for the specific purpose stated on the form and in section 4. Sending us an enquiry is a voluntary act; nothing on this site is gated behind it.
You can withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to hello@trippingvibe.com. We will then delete what we hold, except anything we are separately required to keep for the reasons in section 6.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months of the last message in the thread.
- Correspondence relating to an engagement is kept for as long as the engagement runs, and afterwards for the period our accounting, tax and contractual obligations require.
- Server logs follow our hosting provider's own retention period — see section 9.
Where the law obliges us to retain a record, that obligation wins over a deletion request for that record alone. We will say so plainly if it ever applies to you, rather than declining without a reason.
Who else sees it
Enquiries arrive as ordinary email in our own inbox. They are read by the people at Tripping Vibe Digital who need to answer them, and they are not written to a database on this website.
That means two suppliers necessarily handle the message in transit: the company that hosts this site and runs the mail transfer, and our email provider. Both act on our instructions under their own contractual and security obligations.
Beyond that, we disclose personal data only where a court or a lawful authority requires it of us.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising or conversion pixel, no session recorder and no heatmap tool anywhere in these pages. Nothing here follows you to another site, and nothing here knows you have been before.
There is consequently no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this section changes with it and the date at the top of the page moves.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and browser user-agent string — for security monitoring and diagnostics. These are generated by the server for every request it serves, as is normal for web hosting, rather than by anything embedded in this website.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. The form is validated and length-capped on the server, and it carries an anti-spam trap. Access to the inbox holding enquiries is limited to the people who need it.
No arrangement is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- Confirm and access — tell you whether we hold anything about you, and give you a copy
- Correct or complete — fix anything inaccurate, fill in anything incomplete, update anything stale
- Erase — delete what we hold, subject to section 6
- Withdraw consent — at any time, for any reason, without having to give one
- Nominate — name someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity
Write to hello@trippingvibe.com with enough detail to find the record — the email address you used is usually enough. We respond within thirty days, and there is no charge. If we have to refuse a request, we will tell you which part we refused and why.
Children's data
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data. If you believe a child has sent us something through this site, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the last updated date at the top of the page changes with it — that date is the only version marker, so it is the one to check. A change that materially affects how we handle data already given to us will be notified directly to the people affected, not published quietly and left to be discovered.
Contact and grievances
Any question about this policy, any request under section 11, and any complaint about how we have handled your data goes to the same address. It is read by a person.
