Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern an engagement between us and a client: that lives in a signed agreement, where it can be negotiated.
Short version: read it, quote it with credit, link to it freely. Do not copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own. The results we publish are history, not a promise — section 6 explains what they are and what they are not.
What these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Tripping Vibe Digital Private Limited, trading as Tripping Vibe Digital, about your use of trippingvibe.com.
They do not cover any engagement between us and a client. Scope, fees, deliverables, ownership of work product, confidentiality and termination are all settled in the separate signed agreement for that engagement. Where that agreement and this page disagree about anything concerning the work, the signed agreement wins.
Accepting these terms
Using this site means you accept these terms as they stand on the day you use it. If you do not accept them, the remedy is simply not to use the site.
If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are entitled to accept these terms for that organisation.
How you may use this site
You are welcome, without asking us first, to:
- Read it, and print or save a page for your own reference
- Link to it, from anywhere, including deep links to individual pages
- Quote it — a reasonable extract, accurately, with attribution to Tripping Vibe Digital and a link to the page you took it from
- Share a page with a colleague or a client who would find it useful
No permission request is needed for any of the above. We would rather the work travelled.
What you may not do
- Reproduce the site, or a substantial part of it, as your own or as someone else's
- Republish our copy, case studies or method descriptions without attribution
- Present our work, our clients' results or our approach as yours
- Scrape or harvest the site in bulk, or use it as training data for a model intended to reproduce it
- Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site, its server, or the contact form
- Use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, automated submissions or anything unlawful
- Use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you, or that we worked with you when we did not
Intellectual property
The name Tripping Vibe Digital, the mark, the copy, the case study write-ups, the design of these pages and their underlying code are the property of Tripping Vibe Digital Private Limited, except where stated otherwise.
Some assets on this site are licensed from third parties, including typefaces, stock photography and the commercial template this design was built from. Those remain the property of their respective owners and are used here under licence. That licence covers our use of them on this site; it does not extend to you.
Client names, logos and trade marks that appear anywhere on this site belong to those clients.
About the results we publish
Where this site shows a figure from client work, that figure comes from a real engagement. Clients are described by sector and size rather than named, because the work sits under a non-disclosure agreement. Each figure is published with the context it came from and the basis on which it was measured.
Those results are historical and specific. They are not a forecast, a projection, a guarantee, or a representation of what any other business should expect. Marketing outcomes depend on market, product, pricing, competition, budget, timing and execution — most of which sit outside our control and none of which are the same twice.
Nothing on this site is a professional recommendation for your specific situation. Advice becomes advice when we have looked at your business and said so in writing.
Enquiries and the contact form
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, oblige us to take on the work, or bind either of us to anything. We may decline an enquiry without giving a reason.
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the form. An enquiry travels as ordinary email and is not covered by a confidentiality agreement until one is signed. If you need to share something sensitive, say so and we will arrange a sensible way to receive it.
What happens to the data you do send is set out in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, it is because the destination was useful at the time. We do not control those sites, we do not monitor them for changes, and a link is not an endorsement of what they say or how they handle your data. Once you follow one, their terms and their privacy policy apply, not ours.
Availability and accuracy
This site is provided as is and as available. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at the moment you read it. Pages change, and figures age.
We may change, move or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from a decision taken solely on the basis of what this website says — which is why section 6 is worded as plainly as it is. Read the site, then talk to us before acting on it.
To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect through this site and what we do with it. The short version is that the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and the only personal data we hold is what you send us deliberately.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. When we do, the last updated date at the top of the page changes with them, and the revised version applies from that date. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it, so the date is worth a glance if you rely on anything here.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
